• Base salary of $700,000-$750,000
  • Additional call compensation ( $100,000 annually)
• Mazor Robotics and O-arm technology
• Dedicated APP support in clinic and inpatient settings
• Brand-new clinical space
• Spine-only call (1:7)
• Immediate surgical volume and established referral network
• Long-term flexibility with employed and potential private practice pathways
