• Hip, knee, and shoulder replacement experience required
• Join an experienced team specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and podiatry
• Support from 3 advanced practice clinicians
• More than 20 orthopedic support staff
• Call schedule: 1:3
• State-of-the-art orthopedic facility
• On-site digital X-ray
• Advanced diagnostic imaging available
• Modern operating rooms equipped for complex joint reconstruction
• Minimally invasive surgical capabilities
• Dedicated PA, NP, and orthopedic clinical support
• EPIC EMR
• Strong physician autonomy within a collaborative clinical environment
Compensation and Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000
• Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus
• Signing bonus available

• 34 days / 272 hours of authorized time off annually

Candidate Requirements:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Broad General Orthopedic Surgery expertise
• Proficiency managing acute orthopedic injuries
• Sports Medicine experience
• Experience performing adult total joint reconstruction
• Hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty experience
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
