Position Highlights

• Practice Autonomy: Define your scope of practice and develop a subspecialty focus based on your training and interests
• Surgical Volume: More than 1,280 orthopedic surgical cases annually
• Robotic Technology: Da Vinci Xi and Si robotic platforms available onsite
• Clinical Support: Dedicated orthopedic nursing staff, Joint Care Coordinator, anesthesia support, and rehabilitation services
• Diagnostic Resources: Full imaging capabilities including MRI, CT, X ray, ultrasound, and laboratory services
• Patient Demand: Established patient base with consistent surgical volume and unmet community demand

Practice Scope

• Total and partial hip and knee replacement
• Sports medicine and arthroscopic procedures
• Trauma and fracture care, including hip fractures
• Hand, wrist, and upper extremity procedures
• Foot and ankle surgery
• Shoulder procedures including rotator cuff, labrum, and instability repair
• General orthopedic spine
• Inpatient consultations and emergency coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary at the 75th percentile MGMA with productivity incentives based on acuity and surgical complexity
• Negotiable signing bonus, relocation assistance, and residency stipend
• Paid time off, 5 CME days, and $3,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
• Fellowship trained candidates encouraged to apply
• Mississippi medical license or ability to obtain
• J 1 and H 1B sponsorship available
