Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $145 000 per year (DOE)

Overview:
Our medical practice in Prescott Valley is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to play a hands-on role in musculoskeletal care, working side by side with supervising surgeons across the full continuum of patient care. New grads and experienced PAs alike are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits, including comprehensive orthopedic assessments and musculoskeletal exams
• Perform office-based procedures, including orthopedic injections
• Evaluate patients pre- and postoperatively, monitor recovery, and adjust care plans as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the surgical team
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests to guide clinical decisions
• Manage orthopedic pain using evidence-based pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment, and rehabilitation expectations
• Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and the care team, including limited hospital rounding, and document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in Arizona
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work independently
• Orthopedic injections experience preferred
• Interest in living in the Prescott Valley area preferred
