  • October 30 at 3:00 p.m. ÄìNovember 2, 2026 at 7:00 a.m.
  • November 27 at 3:00 p.m. ÄìDecember 6, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
  • December 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ÄìJanuary 1, 2027 at 3:00 p.m.
  • Additional 2027 coverage dates to be determined
    • Requirements
  • Board certified in Otolaryngology/ENT
  • Active California medical license
  • Active DEA
  • Clean malpractice and background history
  • Specific availability must be provided at presentation
    • Credentialing
  • Expedited credentialing
  • Emergency/temporary privileges available for a clean file
