P2B - Data Analyst Principal

In this role you lead SAP data migration within large S/4HANA transformation programs, shaping data strategies across master and transactional domains. You collaborate with SAP functional teams, solution architects, and leadership to ensure migration readiness and governance. You will design reusable frameworks, automate data processes, and deliver actionable insights on data quality and program health. This is a hands-on, senior data leadership position focused on scalable delivery and practical, end-to-end migration execution. You will stay ahead of emerging AI-assisted migration capabilities to improve outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities in large-scale S/4HANA programs
• Analyze legacy sources and SAP models to define source-to-target mappings for master and transactional data
• Perform data profiling, quality assessments, root cause analysis, and validation
• Drive data cleansing, enrichment, standardization, remediation, and reconciliation across functions
• Design, build, validate, and execute migration datasets using SAP BODS, BDC, and approved tools
• Develop reusable migration frameworks, automation, data quality controls, and governance standards
• Apply advanced analytics to identify data quality issues and propose sustainable solutions
• Create dashboards and reports on data quality, migration readiness, risks, and program health
• Establish and monitor enterprise data quality metrics, supporting data governance and compliance
• Support ETL development, mock conversions, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SAP consultants, architects, and program leadership to ensure success
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring on data management and governance
• Stay current with SAP BI capabilities (including SAP Business AI and SAP Joule) and cloud data platforms

• 10+ years in data management, data analysis, data quality, or SAP data migration
• Proven experience delivering SAP data migration workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes, data structures, and enterprise data models
• Hands-on experience migrating master and transactional data (P2B, MM, EWM)
• Expertise in data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration execution
• Experience with SAP BODS, BDC, ETL tools, SQL, NoSQL databases, and BI platforms
• Knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks, profiling, metadata, and data catalogs
• Experience developing migration rules, reusable frameworks, automation, and governance standards
• Ability to manage complex technical challenges and influence cross-functional stakeholders
