In this role you will drive health, safety and environmental excellence while coordinating subcontractor interfaces on major infrastructure packages. You will develop short- and medium-term programmes, monitor progress and resolve sequencing and logistics challenges to ensure on-time delivery. You will collaborate with design, quality and procurement teams to meet project standards and goals. - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards (RAMS, SSOW) across activities; deliver daily safety briefs and support incident investigations
- Manage allocated subcontract packages, ensuring scope, programme and safety compliance; coordinate interfaces between subcontractors; ensure documentation and reporting meet project standards
- Develop and manage short- and medium-term programmes aligned with project schedules; monitor progress and apply short interval control; mitigate sequencing conflicts within package scope
- Coordinate site logistics plans with the wider team and supply chain; review subcontractor plans for plant, lifting, and resource allocation; resolve conflicts to align with programme objectives
- Oversee technical delivery and quality assurance for allocated works; manage NCRs; collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- BSc, MSc, or BEng in Civil Engineering
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good understanding of NEC3 contracts and notifiable events
- Experience in large infrastructure construction projects
- Awareness of procurement processes and level of detail in scope documents and WI
- Experience in managing site activities and monitoring/reporting subcontractor performance
- Experience in multidisciplinary interfaces environments
- Ability to report clear and reliable information
