Overview
As a PAM Consultant you will design and implement privileged access management solutions to safeguard critical systems. You’ll lead PAM deployment, align controls with governance and regulatory standards, and work with cloud PAM requirements. You’ll collaborate with security, IT, and client teams to reduce risk and enable secure operations. This role offers hands-on architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement within a global digital services environment.

- Architect and design PAM solutions tailored to organizational needs
- Lead deployment and configuration of PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
- Perform risk assessments related to privileged access and define mitigations
- Ensure PAM governance and compliance with SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA
- Develop and enforce PAM policies and standards across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5–7 years in IT security with at least 3 years in Privileged Access Management
- Proven experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their PAM requirements
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
