Paralegal for Litigation Document Review

The Leach Firm is a Growing law firm focused on employment law, representing employees in discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. We’re looking for a motivated, highly organized paralegal to join our litigation team and play a key role in moving cases forward from intake through trial.
In this position, you’ll support our attorneys across all stages of civil litigation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documents
Prepare and file documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing
Organize and track discovery, including document production and review
Paralegal experience in civil litigation (employment law experience strongly preferred)
Solid working knowledge of legal drafting, court filing procedures, and discovery
Proficiency with Filevine and Microsoft Office a plus
