- Provide technical support for Financial Planners
- Conduct detailed financial planning research and analysis
- Prepare compliant, well-structured suitability reports across diverse advice areas
- Assist with ensuring regulatory compliance and best-practice documentation
- Support ongoing professional development within the team
- Experience as a Paraplanner or similar technical financial planning role
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning
- CII Level 4 Diploma (or actively pursuing)
- Experience with financial planning software is advantageous
- Good understanding of FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty
- Excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills
- Meticulous, with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
