Part Time 1st Shift Security Professional

We are seeking exceptional Security Guards to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual(s) will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
This is a

seasonal

part-time position to full-time in

Carlsbad, CA.
This detail goes from 11/23/26 through 1/5/27 and is M-F 8am-4pm (or until the client closes) It is predominantly a static post dealing with access control and site security.
Keeping the site, materials, staff and patrons safe.
Monitor premises as a visual deterrent to theft, violence, and/or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes to Chain of Command
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Safeguarding and maintaining highly sensitive and confidential information.
Safeguarding individuals and property from all forms of security and safety hazards.
Responding to alarms/fire/panic calls immediately and promptly securing the safety and security of human life and physical property.
Writing reports.
Minimum of 1 year of full-time uniformed security experience preferred.
BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit – Required for Armed Positions

Job Type: Seasonal Part-time - Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
