Banyan Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting & Billing Specialist (Part-Time) to support our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.

What You'll Do: Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, payment application, and collections follow-up

Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records

Assist with company credit card administration, receipt collection, and reconciliations

Prepare ad hoc reports and support accounting projects

Maintain office and kitchen supply inventories and coordinate ordering as needed

Support the Controller with month-end and other accounting-related activities

Qualifications: • Associate degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality xhqgsiq and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience: • QuickBooks Online

Position Details: On-Site

Part-Time (approximately 20-25 hours per week) $24-$28/hour
