Serve Vancity members through personalized advice, relationship-building, and digital banking support in a part-time, on-site Richmond branch role.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will welcome members, understand their everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection needs, and connect them with suitable solutions. This permanent role is based at Vancity’s Blundell Centre Community Branch and reports to the Assistant Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members warmly and create welcoming branch interactions
• Explore member needs across banking, borrowing, investments, and protection
• Provide guidance and connect members with products or specialists
• Demonstrate online tools and digital banking options
• Follow through on commitments, updates, and specialist hand-offs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or service roles
• Comfort working toward sales goals and offering solutions
• Digital confidence with CRM systems and banking tools
