Part-Time Financial Services Representative

Support Regina members with everyday banking and cash handling as a part-time Financial Services Representative at Conexus. Work 20–30 hours weekly.

Conexus seeks an agile member-service ambassador and first point of contact for members. You will provide banking services, respond to needs, and help members pursue their goals. The work includes bill payments, deposits, withdrawals, account openings, wire transfers, and simple credit card applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with day-to-day banking services
• Identify needs and empower members toward their goals
• Learn account openings, wire transfers, and credit applications
• Refer members to Financial Advisors when appropriate
• Follow policies and procedures for industry compliance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Detailed, accurate approach to work
