Overview
In this role you shape AI-infused partner solutions on the Now Platform, defining reference architectures and design standards. You act as a forward-deployed technical authority, accelerating partner value through reusable patterns and AI-ready designs. You collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into validated blueprints and scalable architectures. You contribute to a growing ecosystem by advancing design frameworks and ensuring high-quality, outcome-driven solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead AI-native reference patterns and design workshops using the FLIGHT framework
- Provide expert architecture and AI readiness guidance for partner solutions
- Capture and publish reusable patterns, architectures, and design frameworks (Orbital, FLIGHT)
- Mentor partner design teams and support go-to-market and capability development
- 8+ years in solution architecture, technical sales, or pre-sales with deep platform architecture experience
- Experience with technology partners at partner or OEM level, including solution design and reference-architecture definition
- Strong grasp of cloud platform architecture including SaaS, PaaS, automation, and multi-tenancy patterns
- Proven ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business strategy discussions
- Deep curiosity and expertise in AI technologies, emerging trends, and design thinking methodologies
- Clear communicator comfortable translating complex topics for CxO-level audiences
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative innovation exercises
