As a Qualified Patent Attorney in High-Tech, you join a fast-paced IP practice with a global footprint. You will draft high-value patent applications and advise clients with varying IP experience, supporting cross-border matters across the UK and Europe. The role offers autonomy and opportunities to work directly with clients in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Your work will shape patent strategy for high-tech innovations and complex proceedings.

• Draft high-tech patent applications
• Advise direct clients and stakeholders on IP strategy
• Provide counsel to clients with varying IP experience
• Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary IP team across markets (UK/Europe)
• Support high-value, complex patent matters
• Engage with clients to understand technology and business goals

• Qualified Patent Attorney
• High-Tech background
• Experience drafting patent applications
• Experience with direct client engagement
• UK and European qualifications preferred (UK or European alone considered)
