Pathologist

Providing scientific oversight and guidance for anatomic pathology evaluations, the full-time State Licensed Pathology Director will manage regional pathology operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting clients and internal teams remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee anatomic pathology evaluations and ensure scientific rigor in study protocols and designs Lead regional pathology operations and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and client satisfaction Directly manage pathology staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Required qualifications Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Medical Doctor (MD) from an accredited university Board certification in anatomic pathology by ACVP, ECVP, or equivalent is desired Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in pathology Experience in managing pathology operations and staff Knowledge of GLP, FDA, and other regulatory compliance standards
