To support a growing dermatology practice, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator - Florida will manage practitioner schedules, maintain relationships with senior community decision-makers, and ensure accurate patient documentation while working onsite. Key responsibilities Organize and maintain monthly provider calendars and notify facilities of scheduled visit dates Develop strong relationships with community decision-makers to facilitate growth and address concerns Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals while collaborating with internal teams for seamless care Required qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) Prior healthcare experience in patient care coordination or scheduling Strong understanding of insurance eligibility using Availity and payor-specific platforms Proficiency in navigating medical software and EHR systems High-speed internet access
