Patient Concierge Coordinator

Supporting seamless patient access in a full-time capacity, the Patient Concierge Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, coordinate care across multiple specialties, and deliver high-touch service to VIP, executive, and international patients while working onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities Coordinate provider-to-provider consultations and manage complex patient scheduling across various services Deliver concierge-level support for international and VIP patients, ensuring efficient navigation through the healthcare continuum Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient access and improve operational performance Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in a healthcare environment or supporting providers, or three years of equivalent experience Proficiency with call center systems, EMR platforms, and Microsoft Office Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a commitment to high-quality service
