Payment Operations Business Analyst

Use business analysis and project management skills in Edmonton to support secure electronic payment services for the Government of Alberta.

As a Business Analyst with Central Electronic Payment Administration, you will support Merchant Services, PCI compliance, and financial operations initiatives. The permanent, full-time position works downtown in office, Monday to Friday. You will collaborate with ministries, providers, vendors, and stakeholders to improve processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Merchant Services and PCI compliance activities
• Develop procurement Statements of Work and requirements
• Identify process and system change requirements
• Manage CEPA business change processes
• Clarify business rules during solution testing

Requirements:

• University graduation in a related field plus two years’ experience
• Payment processing or banking operations experience
• Project management and business analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• PCI, ETA, or CISSP certification is an asset
