Payment Posting Supervisor

Managing day-to-day operations in a remote environment, the full-time Payment Posting Supervisor will oversee the posting, adjusting, and monitoring of patient accounts receivable while providing leadership to the Posting Leads and Specialists across all regions. Key responsibilities Completes posting of all payments and adjustments at the patient account level in a timely and accurate manner Proactively engages with operational personnel to review and resolve accounts receivable issues Manages employee hiring, training, performance reviews, and productivity monitoring for the posting team Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field strongly preferred Five years of payment-posting experience in a medical setting Minimum of two years of leadership experience Knowledge of third-party billing and collection requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
