Payment Software Product Manager

Shape payment software products at Tender Retail with expertise in US and Canadian payment ecosystems. Work remotely or from Toronto or Montréal.

As Product Manager, you will report to the R&D Vice President and bring five to ten-plus years of experience. You will guide products across payment software models, including SaaS, middleware, and on-premise solutions. Your work connects customer engagement, competitive analysis, payment trends, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define commercial requirements through customer, reseller, and partner engagement
• Manage product life cycles from concept through launch
• Establish prioritized backlogs, roadmaps, and release cycles
• Support pricing, proposals, training, webinars, and demos
• Validate solution feasibility and scalability with architects and developers

Requirements:

• Five to ten-plus years of Product Manager experience
• Successful software launches in US, Canadian, or global payments
• University degree in a listed technical or business discipline
• Strong US and Canadian payment knowledge
• Based in Toronto or Montréal; travel once per quarter
