Payment Specialist

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Payment Specialist will manage chargeback cases, handle customer payment-related issues, and analyze data to identify trends and process improvements. Key responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding payment-related inquiries Handle chargeback cases and support payment investigations while producing operational reports Analyze data for KPI insights and stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements Required qualifications: Previous experience in Chargebacks, Payments, Refunds, Accounts Receivable (AR), or similar operational fields Proficiency in relevant computer applications Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
