Payments Operations Lead
Teya Solutions
You will own and streamline Teya's payments and settlements, bringing together scattered operational work into a single, well-controlled capability. You’ll document runbooks, implement controls, and manage ad hoc issues in a fast-growing payments environment. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with potential to grow the team as needed. You’ll collaborate with Payments, Product, Finance, Compliance, Customer Ops, and banking partners to ensure reliable, timely payouts and reconciliations. This is a chance to shape scalable payment operations at a mission-driven fintech for local businesses.
