Overview

In this role you drive the development of digital channels for an award-winning payments partner. You focus on the SME payments experience, placing customers at the center of the journey and ensuring excellent service delivery. You work with senior management to shape the product vision in a bank-backed, security-driven environment. This is a greenfield opportunity to transform digital payments and ecommerce experiences at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in driving the development of digital channels
  • Put the customer at heart of the digital journey and improve their experience
  • Oversee service delivery across the entire customer journey
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of payments solutions
  • Contribute to shaping product strategy in a FinTech/payments context
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enable a secure, trusted payments platform
Key requirements
  • Experience with APIs
  • Technical skills in eCommerce and digital payments
  • Experience working in an Agile or Lean environment
  • Experience in FinTech, payments or Financial Services (desired)
