Payments Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payments Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of B2B payment solutions for corporate clients. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, working closely with technology, operations, sales, and compliance teams to deliver innovative and scalable payment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the payments product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Gather and prioritise customer, market, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Drive adoption, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry developments across domestic and cross-border payments, including SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, Faster Payments, and ISO 20022.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management , with a strong focus on B2B products .
• Experience within banking, payments, transaction banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of corporate payments and cash management solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering technology-enabled products in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of payment schemes, regulatory requirements, and cross-border payments.
