Payments Relationship Manager

As Payments Relationship Manager, you build and maintain strong connections with external payment providers to secure competitive commercials and access valuable features. You will join the Payments & Compliance team, contributing to contract negotiation, issue resolution, and stakeholder management. You’ll monitor provider performance, align roadmap items with product plans, and deliver insights through regional performance packs. This role blends relationship leadership with data-driven analysis to drive value for the business. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, shaping how we optimize payments partnerships at scale.

• Develop solid relationships with payment providers and partners
• Set up regular calls and meetings with providers
• Monitor provider performance to identify improvement areas
• Gather roadmap details to ensure product alignment
• Collaborate to produce monthly regional performance packs (deposits, withdrawals, fees) and provide insights
• Contribute to updating standard operating procedures and processes for consistent performance and quality
