Payments Risk Operations Supervisor

Lead payments risk operations at Constellation Payments, using transaction monitoring and fraud prevention expertise to protect merchant portfolios and maintain controls.

As Risk Supervisor, you will oversee daily Risk team operations across merchant monitoring, investigations, escalations, and portfolio oversight. The position requires payment processing, chargeback, ACH, NACHA, and operational risk knowledge. You will guide analysts, manage workloads, review complex cases, and support regulatory compliance. Cross-functional collaboration with Underwriting, Compliance, Product, Finance, Onboarding, Merchant Support, and external partners is central to resolving risk issues consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily queues, alerts, investigations, reviews, and escalations
• Supervise fraud, compliance, transaction, chargeback, and ACH monitoring
• Approve escalated investigations and merchant risk actions
• Oversee bank account change controls and post-change monitoring
• Coach analysts and conduct quality assurance reviews

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in risk, payments, fraud, or related operations
• One to three years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of payment processing, merchant acquiring, ACH, and NACHA
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to travel up to 15% annually
