Payroll Analyst SAP Reporting

Apply advanced Excel and SAP Payroll expertise as a Payroll Analyst in Toronto, supporting accurate processing, reporting, and reconciliations. This five-month contract may be extended.

This Payroll Analyst supports employees and pensioners through payroll processing, data maintenance, and transaction review. The role requires payroll principles, auditing, reporting, overpayment analysis, and reconciliation knowledge. You will also support escalations, training, projects, and process oversight for Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll data for employees and pensioners
• Validate transactions and maintain payroll systems accurately
• Analyze overpayments and provide solutions
• Prepare remittances, reports, and regulatory information
• Coordinate payroll reconciliation and audit data requests

Requirements:

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation required
• Knowledge of accounting and payroll processing principles
• Experience with SAP Payroll and ServiceNow
• Advanced Excel knowledge and reporting capability
• Work onsite at 483 Bay Street, Toronto
