Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll across 14 states
• Support payroll activities for Vecima’s Canadian entity
• Verify 401k contributions for approximately 140 employees
• Prepare periodic reports with proper supporting documentation
• Handle audits, accruals, and payroll tax compliance projects

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of relevant payroll experience
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now HRIS, Payroll, and Timekeeping
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Organized approach with close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate across varying disciplines and backgrounds
