About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ): Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.
We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.
If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.
Role Overview: We are seeking an MAWM Implementation Manager who brings a strong blend of functional warehouse expertise, technical understanding, and program delivery leadership. This role goes beyond traditional WMS implementations, requiring an individual who can think holistically across systems, processes, and integrations.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with MAWM implementations and a strong grasp of warehouse operations, as well as an understanding of how enterprise systems, integrations, and digital supply chain ecosystems function. You will play a key role in driving end‑to‑end implementations, bridging business needs with scalable, technology‑driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to‑end MAWM implementations across planning, design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
Go beyond traditional delivery by understanding how WMS interacts within the broader supply chain ecosystem (ERP, OMS, TMS, MHE/WCS).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define:
Warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns)
System workflows and user journeys
