Payroll Implementation Specialist

To support client onboarding and integration, the full-time Payroll Implementation Specialist will manage the implementation of iSolved products, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients from their previous payroll systems, while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining project documentation. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Implementations team to ensure projects are on schedule and communicate progress to management Engage with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure accurate transfer to Client Services Document the implementation process and maintain project plans and checklists in the Payroll Shared Drive Required qualifications Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience in a complex environment, including multiple pay groups and cycles Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred Experience with at least two payroll/HCM systems, with iSolved experience strongly preferred American Payroll Association certification (FPC or CPP) preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively
