Our client, a well-established Canadian organization in the agriculture and manufacturing sector, is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys ownership, process improvement, and working in a hands-on environment.

Overview:

• Reporting to the finance leadership team
• Responsible for full-cycle payroll processing from start to finish
• Processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple provinces
• Strong practical experience with Dayforce payroll required
• Manage payroll changes including hires, terminations, leaves and adjustments
• Responsible for payroll reconciliations, remittances and year-end activities
• Support payroll audits, reporting and process improvements
• Partner closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• PCP designation completed or in progress considered an asset
• Strong Excel skills including reporting and data analysis
