Payroll Specialist

• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 105 employees (75 drivers, 30 office/support staff)
• Handle both hourly and salaried payroll processing
• Track driver hours and mileage-based compensation
• Process driver deductions including advances, insurance, fuel, plates, parking, and damage deductions
• Maintain payroll records and employee information
• Resolve employee and driver payroll inquiries
• Process overtime, vacation, sick time, and statutory holiday payments
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries
• Assist with payroll-related reconciliations and documentation
• Support payroll transition from QuickBooks Online to ADP
• Prepare inventory and EFS reports as required

About you:

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience processing both hourly and salaried payroll
• Strong attention to detail and payroll accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a standalone payroll role
