Managing U.S. payroll operations remotely, the full-time Payroll Specialist with Compliance will focus on certified payroll, prevailing-wage requirements, and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance documentation. Key responsibilities Manage U.S. payroll processing and payroll reconciliations Support prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements Coordinate payroll data with project/job costing Required qualifications 5+ years in payroll or payroll accounting Direct experience with prevailing wages and certified payroll Knowledge of Davis-Bacon and state/local wage requirements preferred Strong Excel skills
