Payroll Systems Analyst — Compliance & Efficiency

Vanier College in Montreal is seeking an Analyst for Payroll Services to analyze, develop, coordinate and monitor payroll systems, ensuring uninterrupted services and regulatory compliance.

The analyst will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and contribute to year-end reporting and statutory slips, while collaborating with HR and external auditors. This is a full-time role with a 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
