P&CI Lead: Data-Driven Lean Improvement

Amey Group Services LTD is seeking a Permanent Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead to drive data-led improvements across contract operations. The role requires coaching CI practices across teams, identifying cost-saving opportunities and embedding Lean principles within on-site operations.

The role involves travel to operational locations, close collaboration with front-line teams, supply chains and NAMS reps, with a minimum of three site days per week and BPSS/SC security considerations.
