Pediatric Hospice NP — Manhattan (Hybrid/Remote)

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Pediatric APRN to deliver direct skilled care to pediatric patients in palliative and hospice settings in Manhattan. The role blends in-person care four days a week with remote telehealth one day, requiring strong background in oncology, hospice or palliative care and pediatrics.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in hospice/palliative care and will lead pain management, symptom control, and family discussions about goals of care.
