JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active MN License
  • Board: BC/BE in Pediatrics or Family Medicine
  • Certifications: NRP
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
  • Other Qualifications: Local Providers Preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide pediatric hospitalist coverage, including rounding on newborns and pediatric patients.
  • Attend high-risk deliveries and provide newborn resuscitation as needed.
  • Manage pediatric admissions and provide urgent care for sick newborns.
  • Arrange transfers for critically ill pediatric patients to tertiary care centers.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
