Position Overview
As a Pediatrician at Clinica Medica Familiar, you ll play a vital role in providing medical care for children from birth through adolescence. Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary : $260,000 - $300,000 annual base salary
- Sign on bonus: $30,000
- Productivity Bonus : $50,000 annually
- CME Allowance : $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Paid Time Off : 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
- CME/Personal Time : 5 additional days for CME or personal use
- Licensing and DEA : Covered by the practice
- Paid Holidays : 7 paid holidays annually
- Sick Days : 5 sick days per year
