Position Overview

An FQHC in Indio, CA, is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician for an outpatient locum tenens opportunity providing primary care to children in an underserved community.

Position Details

  • Rate: $175/hour all-inclusive

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, daytime hours

  • No call or weekends

  • Flexible commitment: Full-time or part-time, including a few days per week or one week per month

  • Start date: ASAP or 2027

  • Patient care: Routine pediatric visits, preventive care, and common childhood illnesses

  • EMR: Epic

  • Credentialing: Start as soon as credentialed

Requirements

  • Board-certified in Pediatrics

  • Active, unrestricted California medical license

  • Current Medi-Cal enrollment

  • Spanish fluency preferred, not required
