- 100% outpatient practice with no hospital responsibilities
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Phone-only call shared at just 1:10
- Collaborative, mission-focused environment serving an appreciative patient population
- Provide comprehensive primary care in a multi-specialty FQHC setting
- Robust on-site services including:
- Laboratory
- Pharmacy
- Nutrition services
- Behavioral health
- Case management
- On-site vaccination services
- Average patient volume of approximately 18 patients per day
- Strong MA support and open-access scheduling model designed to enhance patient care and physician satisfaction
- Guaranteed base salary of $235,000
