  • 60% of in office procedures (Average $100.00)
  • 40% of HCC incentives
  • Supervision of FNP or P.A $ monthly (Optional)
  • 1,500.00 CHDP monthly stipend
  • 3,000.00 monthly stipend (To use as they wish Malpractice, etc.)
  • Average per year $239,000
    • Requirements
  • 2+ years experience required
  • Qualified candidates must possess a valid license to practice in CA (or eligibility), DEA and Board certification or Eligible in Internal Medicine.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
