Pediatrics Physician

• Permanent, full-time opportunity
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Pediatrician
• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving underserved and uninsured populations
• Hiring due to continued growth and community need
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Outpatient primary care practice
• Average patient volume of 20-22 patients per day
• No night or weekend call
• Join a multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine physicians, Pediatricians, Internists, Endocrinologists, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers
• Health system provides approximately 180,000 patient visits annually for 48,000 patients
• Current residents, board eligible, and board certified Pediatricians welcome to apply
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Patient population includes primarily Medi-Cal, Medicare, and county insurance plans, with some HMO/PPO and self-pay patients
• EMR: AmazingCharts or paper charts with e-prescribing (varies by location)
