Join an established, collegial group of 9 Pediatric providers (8 physicians, 1 APP). Your personal and professional life will flourish at Lakeview Clinic:
- Completely independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers
- Group of 9 collegial pediatric specialists have an outpatient clinic-based practice with manageable shared call
- Physicians often forget they are on call after hours as disturbances are rare!
- 4-day workweek, 32 direct patient hours, 12 late-in / early-out days!
- Manageable clinic template of 18-20 ppd allows you to spend the time needed with your patients; you can add patients to your schedule real-time when desired!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• $275,000 starting base salary
• $15k signing bonus + relocation
• 2-year partnership track
• Partner earnings in the high-300s
• Up to 43.5k in profit sharing helps maximize your pretax retirement savings!
• 5 weeks PTO increasing with tenure
• Fully-paid family health/dental and LTD - a 35k value
