Pediatrician (MD/DO)
Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina area
Compensation: $200,000 $240,000+ annually (based on experience)

A community-focused healthcare organization in the Fayetteville, NC area is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join its mission-driven outpatient pediatric team.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $200,000 $240,000 (commensurate with experience)

Schedule & Practice Details
• Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
• 32 hours clinical / 8 hours admin
• One evening per week until 6:00pm
• One weekend per month in emergency clinic (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am 12:00pm)
• Optional after-hours call with additional compensation
• 100% outpatient pediatrics, ages 3 days to 20 years
• Average 25 patients per day , 15-minute appointments
• Strong support structure: Medical Director, 2 Pediatricians, 6 APPs, and 2 ancillary staff per provider
• EMR: Athena
• No hospital rounds required

Requirements
• Active North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain)
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• New graduates welcome
• J1 and H1B visa candidates accepted
