Pega Senior Consultant

In this role, you will own the end-to-end Pega architecture for enterprise-scale applications, guiding delivery teams and ensuring security, performance, and integration excellence. You will translate complex requirements into scalable designs and lead technical decisions across multiple workstreams. You will collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders to deliver robust, standards-based solutions that align with Atos’ digital transformation mission.

• Own end-to-end architecture and technical design of Pega applications
• Lead solution design across case management, workflows, data models, integrations, security and UX
• Define architecture, reusable components, patterns and implementation standards
• Provide technical leadership to Pega engineers and architects
• Review designs for Pega guardrails and best practices
• Lead complex design decisions and address performance challenges
• Design scalable integration patterns using REST APIs and enterprise integration technologies
• Define authentication, authorization and security architecture
• Ensure non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, availability, resilience and maintainability
• Establish monitoring, performance optimization and troubleshooting approaches
• Define DevOps, CI/CD, branching and release-management for Pega apps
• Support production readiness, deployment planning and technical assurance
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Product Owners and Security/Integration Architects
• Translate business requirements into Pega architecture and solutions
• Lead technical workshops and communicate decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor Pega engineers and build engineering capability across teams
• Perform design and code reviews and manage technical debt
• Support estimation, delivery planning, risk and dependency management
• Act as Pega technical authority and escalation point throughout delivery lifecycle

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise apps using Pega Platform
• Experience as Pega Lead System Architect or Solution Architect on large programmes
• Deep knowledge of Pega case management, data modelling and integration
• Strong understanding of Pega design principles, guardrails and reusable architecture
• Experience with REST APIs, integration services and enterprise patterns
• Designing secure Pega solutions including RBAC/ABAC
• Pega performance optimization, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Pega DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment approaches
• Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to lead multiple Pega teams and govern across workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership
• Ability to explain complex decisions to senior stakeholders
• Certification: CPLSA/CLSA (Mandatory)
