Penetration Tester

• Conduct infrastructure penetration tests across complex client environments, identifying and exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Perform hands-on penetration testing of Kubernetes clusters, containerised environments and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Assess Kubernetes configurations, RBAC permissions, service accounts and potential privilege escalation vulnerabilities.
• Develop detailed technical reports documenting vulnerabilities, risk levels and recommended remediation actions.
• Lead technical engagements, communicate findings to stakeholders and provide guidance on improving overall security posture.

Penetration Tester - Required Experience

• Active SC Clearance
• Cyber Scheme Team Leader qualification, ideally CSTL-INF.
• Proven experience conducting infrastructure penetration testing within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes security and penetration-testing experience.
• In-depth understanding of container security, Docker, Kubernetes RBAC, privilege escalation and common cloud-native vulnerabilities.
• Experience leading penetration-testing engagements, producing technical reports and presenting findings to technical stakeholders.
