Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

To lead a dedicated behavioral health team while providing clinical care, the fully remote Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise therapists, ensure quality standards, support staff development, and build relationships with local pediatric practices for referrals. Key responsibilities Oversee clinical operations to ensure quality standards and monitor team performance Supervise and mentor therapists, providing ongoing clinical guidance and support Deliver high-quality therapy services, conducting assessments and maintaining patient engagement Required qualifications Active Pennsylvania LCSW qualified to provide clinical supervision Minimum of 3 years' experience as a licensed therapist Experience in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration Ability to build strategic relationships with pediatric practices for referral development
