Pension Transition & Implementation Lead

Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking an experienced Transitions/Implementations Manager to join a growing pensions operations team, supporting BPA-related buy-ins, transitions, buy-outs and post-transaction activities.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery and oversee onboarding of schemes, working closely with trustees, administrators and internal stakeholders. This role emphasizes data due diligence, data migration controls, governance, and reporting.
